Labor Day Weekend - The Catskills 

Come Join Us!

This year's Mosaic International Event will be the best ever.  A great group of folks have worked really hard to put together a phenomenal 2008 Labor Day Weekend.

Join us Thursday through Monday:  August 28 through September 1, 2008 at Camp Iroquois Springs, Rock Hill,  New York.  Camp Iroquois Springs is in the heart of the Catskills and the Shawangunks.  The Hudson and Delaware Rivers, Minnewaska State Park and much, much more are just down the road!

You'll have three fantastic days of outdoor activities and four nights of entertainment, schmoozing and kibbitzing!

The Mosaic International Event...

  • Schmooze & Kibbitz with Mosaic members from across the country - meet new people and make new friends.
  • 3 Days of Outdoor Activities: Hiking, Swimming- pool & lake, Ropes Course, Touring, Tennis, Volleyball and bring your own Biking and Rollerblading.
  • 4 Nights of Fun: featuring the The Kennedy's an acoustic-folk rock, country pop & gospel group.  Catskills slideshow by Carol & Dave White.  Mixers, Talent Night, Workshops, Campfires and of course -S'mores
  • All meals throughout the weekend including a wonderful Shabbat Dinner and group cookout later during the weekend.
  • Spacious class A camp cabins, including bathrooms in each cabin.  
  • All activity transportation throughout the weekend.
  • Optional Add-Ons include: Biking(rental), Rock Climbing, Kayaking, Paddling, Historic Tours, Wineries.

 

 
Welcome
Mosaic Outdoor (Mountain) Clubs of America - a network of  non-profit organizations dedicated to organizing outdoor and environmental activities for Jewish singles, couples and families. There are 25 + clubs located throughout the United States, Canada, and Israel. Mosaic serves Jews of all ages, both married and single, who share a love for nature and the outdoors.

Join us for hiking, biking, camping, canoeing, rock climbing, backpacking, skiing, sailing, kayaking, scuba diving, snorkeling, skating, volleyball, horseback riding, and more!!!

Local chapters often meet with other nearby clubs for joint events. We gather each Labor Day weekend for our Annual Mosaic International Event and we plan ski trips and other adventures throughout the year.
